Arizona’s DDD Parent Provider Program may allow eligible parents to be paid for providing approved care to their child with developmental disabilities. At Imagine Care, we believe families deserve more than an agency that simply processes paperwork. They deserve a partner that understands their needs, offers guidance, and helps them work through the DDD system with confidence.

How It Works

As an independent parent provider, you deliver authorized care to your own child on your family’s schedule, and Imagine Care provides the support behind it. We help you understand eligibility, get enrolled, complete the required training, and understand your authorized services and ongoing program requirements. Once you’re approved and all requirements are met, you can then start receiving compensation for the care you’re providing to your child.
