REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) program.
  • State licensed to work as an OT or a COTA in Arizona.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • $50 to $90/session!
  • Bi-monthly pay

  • Free CEU’s (Continuing Education Units) to all therapists!

Please provide the following documents to your contact at Imagine Care, as they’ll be required for your personnel file.  We would love for you to get started with us right away, so please let us know if you have any questions about these.

  • Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card
  • Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
  • 3 References
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) Certificate
  • Article 9
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Let us know what items you’re missing, and we’ll work with you to not only schedule the trainings, but we’ll usually cover the cost as well.  Even if you’re missing some of the requirements, we’d love to schedule an interview to learn more about you.  We can even get the hiring process started while you’re completing the requirements, but you won’t be able to actually start working until all of them have been fulfilled.  Thank you for your understanding!
